At Marine Mahogany, every item is handcrafted with precision and care. Because of the nature of custom, small-batch woodworking, our return policy balances customer satisfaction with the realities of handmade production.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for unused, unmodified, and undamaged standard products within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

Item must be in the same condition that you received it

Item must be unused, unwashed, and uninstalled

Item must include all original packaging
Custom-made, personalized, or engraved products are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Custom orders or personalized products

Items that have been used, oiled, cut on, installed, or altered

Clearance or final-sale items

Gift cards
-
Items damaged by improper handling, care, or storage
3. Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at:
Include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
Once your return is approved:

You will receive instructions and the return shipping address.

You must ship the item back within 7 days of approval.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Include photos of the damage and the packaging

Keep all packaging materials until the issue is resolved
We will replace the item or provide a refund at no cost to you.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
6. Refunds
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please allow:

3–5 business days for inspection

5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where Marine Mahogany made an error or the item arrived damaged.
7. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase as long as production has not begun. Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Marine Mahogany is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier.
For lost or stolen packages, please file a claim directly with the carrier. We will assist where possible.
9. Final Sale Items
Items marked final sale or clearance cannot be returned or refunded.
