Shipping Policy — Marine Mahogany

At Marine Mahogany, every product is crafted with precision, care, and premium hardwoods. Because of the handmade nature of our items, shipping times may vary slightly depending on product type and order volume. We appreciate your patience and your support of small-batch American craftsmanship.


Processing Times

  • In-stock items (coasters, small accessories): ship within 1–3 business days.

  • Made-to-order items (cutting boards, balusters, trays, custom pieces): ship within 5–10 business days.

  • Large or custom projects may require additional time; we will communicate updates directly.

Processing time refers to the time it takes to prepare your order before it ships. This does not include transit time.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

We currently ship with:

  • UPS Ground

  • USPS Priority Mail

  • FedEx Home Delivery (for oversized items)

Estimated delivery times: 2–7 business days within the continental United States.

Transit delays caused by carriers are outside our control.

Pickup is available by appointment, and you will receive an email when your order is ready.


Packaging

All items are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. Larger products (cutting boards, trays, balusters) may ship in reinforced or double-walled cartons for additional protection.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.


International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.


Incorrect or Insufficient Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Marine Mahogany is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for reshipment costs.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Marine Mahogany is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. We will work with you to help resolve the issue where possible.
